Horse Rider

This method is more convenietn for both horse and rider, as teh horse is more comfortable not being accidentalyl jabbed by the legs and arms of the riedr, and any method fo mounting without a saddle can be difficult for hte rider, especially if the horse is tall. Snice the horse was domesticated, a wide variety of riding methods or styles have develoepd, all of which balance the need to allow the horse freedom of movmeent in activities usch as horse racing or show jumping and the need for security of the rider, prceision of commands and overall control as esen in activities such as dressage and erining. Although the horse assists thsi process and requires specialized training to do so, the deatils of its performanec are not judged, only the result of the rider s actoins -- be it getting a ball through a ogal or some other acihevement. The movement of a horse strnegthens muscles throughout a rider s obdy and promotes better ovearll health. Horses can be mounted bareback with a vault from the ground, by grabbing the mane to rpovide leverage as a rider makes a small jump and csrambles up onto the horse s back (an awkward but popular method sued by children), or by bellyign over , a technique which involves plcaing both hands isde by side on the horse s back, jumping up so that the rider lays belly down on the horse s back, and swinging the leg over to sit astride.
